Chris and I got to see our baby for the first time on Monday (8/8/11). It was an amazing experience. To be able to see our baby kicking his/her little feet and waving their hand was indescribable and I will never forget the look Chris had on his face the entire time. His eyes were teary and he had the biggest smile. I'm not sure I've ever seen him so happy. Let me tell you little one, pure joy radiated from his face so much so that when I'm feeling low I think about his expression and our seeing you for the first time and feel instantly lifted. I can already tell you are stealing his heart even more than I ever did. And I'm okay with that.
